overview

Edjacent found itself at a crictical point of defining its identity and business model while aligning with its mission of empowering "first-responders of the future." The opportunity lay in becoming a premier provider of learning and microcredential opportunities to enhance the skills of these individuals in self-care, community support, and environmental stewardship. The primary goal was to refine the organization's focus, identify target customers, and establish a compelling narrative to attract potential funders, ultimately positioning Edjacent as a catalyst for positive change in shaping a more hopeful and sustainable future.

MEGHAN RAFTERY

"If you don’t already know Destini Harrell, you should. She is a connector, a poet, a mirror and a light. She is like a magpie, collecting pieces of people and the world and putting them together in interesting and exciting ways. I’m excited to talk to her every time we get together because I just can’t wait to see what she’s doing next!"
