Amplify Community was established as a creative-entrepreneurial residency and meta-project. It consisted of a team of multi-generational, multi-disciplinary, cognitively diverse individuals who brought together their different networks, know-how, and experiences to amplify the good people, organizations and initiatives in Hampton Roads, in the greater Commonwealth of Virginia, and on the global scale.

Amplify Community leveraged a diverse team to address socio-economic complexities in Hampton Roads, as a microcosm of what was happening globally yet unique case study in itself. The opportunity was to harness multi-generational, multi-disciplinary expertise to navigate emerging trends and technologies, fostering positive impact. This diverse team worked to synthesize insights from complex research and apply them to empower communities and startups for meaningful socio-economic progress.

Socio-Economic Research: Studied different philosophies/mindsets, emerging trends and technologies, and the state of humanity and economic systems, applying different practices and principles to our life and to our approach to work.
Entrepreneurial Mentorship & Coaching: Coached and shared entrepreneurial lessons and business strategies with startups trying to scale across several areas of industry and interest, ranging from mobile hearing aids to automated agriculture and biotech.
Supercreative Problem Solving: Connected diverse networks of resources and people, as well as integrating different concepts, to seek out supercreative approaches problems- aiming to cultivate a deep-rooted, organic culture of innovation.
