believers in and activators of 757's potential and pride.
757 Proud was formed by a group of multi-industry young professionals to promote and foster regional unity between, and a sense of pride among, the people and localities that comprise Hampton Roads. The group creates and engages in initiatives that work to attract and retain talent, build the regional brand, foster collaboration and sense of community spirit, and ones that highlight and tell the stories of the incredible people and places of the 757.
overview
757 Proud desired to cultivate a sense of belonging in Hampton Roads among diverse generations and backgrounds, looking to bridge the gap and unite residents by developing initiatives that highlight the region and its people in a way that spurs pride within. 757 Proud seized the opportunity to become a unifying force, fostering collaboration, community spirit, and a cohesive identity within the community through a range of region-wide, mid-scale and smaller guerrilla-style pride-building projects.
